Liz Murray RSW

A graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee (1965) in Fine Art, Liz Murray is a professional member of
the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour and of the Scottish Society of Artists. She has exhibited widely in
Scotland and has also shown her work in America, Poland,Malta, France and Italy and has works in many private
collections including The Richard Demarco Archive.

Public collections include: the Scottish Arts Council, Angus Council, Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Hamilton
District Libraries, Motherwell District Libraries, Lanarkshire Education Authority, Renfrewshire Education Authority,
City ArtSpace and the Lillie Art Gallery.

Awards include: Glasgow Group, Benno Schotz Prize; VAS Elizabeth Ballantyne Prize; RSW Betty Davis Prize;
Angus Summer Salon First Prize; RSW John Gray Prize; Brighton University 50 over 50 National Open Selected Exhibition:
Highly Commended.
